About me
I am a multidisciplinary illustrator, designer, and artist based in New York’s Hudson Valley. I’ve been drawing for my entire life, and while I mostly work digitally these days, my style reflects the physical media I grew up with: ink, paint, paper, texture, and sometimes found objects. I like bright colors, rough-edged shapes, and bold compositions.
I’ve found that my background in logo/graphic design helps me to think about illustration projects. A good logo and a good illustration share the same principles: both need to be striking, clever, and—often—combine multiple concepts into one easily understood design.
When not drawing, I'm hiking, learning about technology, or exploring ways to automate things with Apple Shortcuts.
